Michael Kennedy is a corporate commercial lawyer with Patterson Law located in Halifax, Nova Scotia. He has a broad base of experience in all business-related matters including commercial real estate, leasing, mergers and acquisitions and financings. Michael has represented national and international entities in his role as counsel over the years, including representing all levels of government in various matters. He has also been involved in major P3 type developments, wind power projects and biomass projects. Michael has served on the Building Owners and Managers Board of Directors for a considerable period and as such, served as an advocate on their behalf in relation to various matters including public transportation in Nova Scotia with particular emphasis on HRM.
